Kiné is 25 years old, 4 years clean and sober and takes us through 6 years of drug and alcohol abuse and addiction.  She started out from the age of 15 drinking alcohol and smoking weed on the weekends and by her senior year in High School is consuming drugs and alcohol daily.   Barely Graduating from High School Kiné moves to Oakland to start college.  Now free from parental supervision she goes completely out of control adding cocaine and ecstasy to her roster of drug use.  With limited funds to support her ever expanding drug addiction Kiné and her gang of misfits “The Hippie Mafia” start shoplifting alcohol at the local grocery store and selling the bottles on campus to pay for their drugs.

Kevin with 28 years of sobriety takes us through 9 years of drug and alcohol abuse.

Starting at the age of 13 drinking and smoking pot Kevin quickly graduates to LSD and using cocaine daily by the age of 18.  Over the course of 9 years Kevin becomes the only white member of an all-black soul band, gets rejected by the Navy for multiple arrests due public intoxication, is tormented by paranoid delusions due to massive amounts of hallucinogenic drugs, broke and alone Kevin finally hits rock bottom.

On his last day drinking he wakes up out of a Black out and finds an AA Big Book miraculously sitting on the floor in front of him.  He takes his last shot of tequila, reads the entire book in one sitting and never picks up another drink again. His story is amazing, join us now.

Raquel with 5 years clean takes us through 9 years of drug and alcohol abuse. She started drinking at the age of 9 when her family moves to Costa Rica and by the age of 16 is now smoking weed, doing coke and taking ecstasy. She ultimately overdoses on heroin, alcohol and a cocktail of other drugs, wakes up in a hospital bed only to awaken by the phone call that saves her life.  It’s a moving and impactful story of recovery. Robert with 4 years of sobriety takes us through 20 years of alcoholism, relapse and recovery. 

By the age 19 Robert hits his first bottom with alcohol and gets sober in recovery.  Over the next 15 years life gets so good that he stops going to meetings and disconnects from recovery.  After 15 year’s sober Robert picks up his first drink and over the next 4 years relapses and in spectacular fashion, he ends up divorced, alone and contemplates suicide until a mysterious phone call saves his life and he recommits himself to recovery.  It’s an amazing story of hope, join us now.

Leigh Ann now celebrating 2 years clean takes us through 12 years of alcohol and drug abuse. She was your typical girl next door until a viscous rumor at age 15 derails her and Leigh Ann starts smoking pot, drinking alcohol as well as consuming ecstasy and cocaine daily. During those 12 years Leigh Ann goes in and out of rehab 9 times, ends up lives in her car and attempts suicide until one day a spiritual awakening in recovery saves her life, her journey is nothing short of a miracle, join us now.
